Ramudden has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Halleskog & Hansson AB, one of the regional leaders in the Stockholm market within temporary traffic management and traffic control plans. In 2021, Halleskog & Hansson had a revenue of approx. SEK 45mn.

Ramudden acquires Worxsafe

Ramudden has acquired 100% of the shares in Worxsafe AB, a leading developer of safety products for roadworks and infrastructure projects with sales primarily in the Nordic region and North America. The company is established in Östersund Sweden, where all development takes place today.
